This pure British Spring honey is flavoured with ginger and turmeric. Gold in colour, it has a wonderful aroma and warming spicy flavour. Turmeric adds a mellow earthy note.
Packed with immune boosting benefits, this spiced honey is very versatile. Add a spoonful to hot water to create a soothing beverage. Or, simply spread it on crumpets and scones.
The sweet, mildly spicy flavour works well in savoury dishes, too. Use it to make a punchy salad dressing or sticky glaze for roasted veg. You can mix it with olive oil and garlic to create a flavourful marinade. It’s fantastic with chicken, scallops and white fish.
