- The product is shipped flat packed, consisting of 4 side panels and 4 corner panels.
- Due to the need for bespoke manufacturing, any cubic planters are subject to a 14 day maximum turnaround time due to this being a custom – no Next-Day services are available for these.
- Due to the size and weight of these items, we will have to send them on a pallet, so you may incur a pallet charge when selecting shipping.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns on these products due to the nature of them being custom-made.
