The Volnay starts at £6110
The Lacanche Volnay is a unique one metre wide range. It has a large main oven combined with a 79 litre simmer oven. The simmer oven is a very popular option for cooks who want to hold food, plate warm or even slow cook. As with all Lacanche range cookers, you can configure the oven to your choice and select several different hob options.
- Hobs: The Volnay is available with a choice of three different gas hob types: the three or four open burner Classic hob or the traditional hob with two open burners and the large cast iron French top, which is excellent for recipes advocating long simmer times or even maintaining heat before serving dishes. The traditional top offers incredible versatility, including that of a workstation when not in use. For customers without a gas supply, the Lacanche Volnay is also available with a three zone energy efficient induction hob. With the Volnay range, there is also space to add an additional integrated hob element such as gas burners, induction elements, or even an electric plancha.
- Ovens: The Lacanche Volnay is fitted as standard with a large 65 litre dual function electric side oven. The main oven can be specified as gas, static electric, or dual function electric. The most popular option is the dual function electric oven which can be switched from static heat to fan.

Colours
For your Lacanche Classic or Modern range cooker, choose from any of the 29 beautiful enamelled colours (or stainless steel). Each panel is hand enamelled with three layers and fired at 850 degrees C. The result is a beautiful deep intense colour that is easy to clean and will look just as good in twenty years as the day it was fired.
