The Demeyere SECONDS Industry Saucier 24cm can hold up to 3.3 litres and is perfect for all types of sauces.
The pouring rim makes it easy to safely pour hot liquids.
Its shape, which widens towards the top, provides plenty of space for you to whisk sauces, creams or foams.
The conical saute pan also features a distinctive five-ply material.
The pan’s sides and bottom are made out of five layers of stainless steel and aluminium in order to distribute heat quickly.
As a result, heat is evenly distributed throughout the saute pan and the ingredients in the pan are gently cooked using little energy.
The Belgian designer Stefan Schoning used straight lines and strong accents in creating the Industry series saute pan, thereby making it a timeless companion in the kitchen.
The conical-shaped saute pan is equipped with a long slender handle which remains cool while cooking and therefore can be touched at all times without potholders.
The stainless steel Silvinox finishing protects the material from hard-to-remove fingerprints, discolouration and dulling.
It also makes it easier to rinse.
Demeyere SECONDS are only available every now and then and the “defects” are usually cosmetic and very slight. We often struggle to find them!
