This salt is made from the purest flakes of triple-filtered Atlantic salt, which are infused with flavour in aged whisky-barrels. It is then combined with umami-rich black garlic for complex savoury flavour in one seasoning. Salt, smoke and savoury – in just one pinch!
The barrels chosen to infuse this salt with smoky have held whisky for over 70 years. When burned they release layers of spirit that add a sweetness to the warm smoky aromas.
