The large platform measures 24 x 22 cm (9½ x 8½ inches), making it ideal for measuring ingredients in mixing bowls too. There’s no need for any awkward pre-measuring or subtraction sums. The tare function allows you to zero out bowl and container weights before you add your ingredients for measuring. These digital scales let you measure liquid ingredients, such as water, milk and stock, too. Touch the ‘UNIT’ button and its display will switch between pounds (lbs), ounces (oz), grams (g) fluid ounces (fl oz) and millilitres (ml), so you can accurately follow your favourite recipes – to the letter.
