Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a water purification process that uses a semi-permeable membrane that separates water molecules from larger particles, ions or pollutants. The separation is usually 95-98% efficient with the recovery of purified water being around 10-15% of the volume processed in a single pass.

The SRO-50 uses the latest in RO membrane technology for efficient performance and high yield production. Reverse Osmosis is a very efficient way of purifying water and relies solely on water pressure. As this method of water treatment produces very pure water, it is suitable for many applications including nitrate removal and fluoride removal.

As the membrane is a very fine element which filters down to 0.2 microns, this system comes with two multi-stage carbon filter cartridges to protect the membrane from untreated tap water.

Our RO systems offer advanced water filtration and control which extends membrane life, reducing water loss and ensuring reliable operation in a compact and easy to maintain module.

This system requires two replacement cartridges every six months.
