This new product from Roller Grill is the ‘Slim line’ version of the already popular 28 Litre oven and has been designed for use where counter space is at a premium.
It features a powerful fan and specific ventilation for homogeneous cooking or reheating of a variety of foods from croissants, roll and pastries to pies, pasties and ready meals with average cooking times as follows
– Frozen croissants just 16 min @ 180 Deg C
– Frozen rolls / demi baguettes just 18 min @ 220 Deg C
This powerful oven will achieve 230 Deg C in just 12 minutes and comes complete with a 2 hour timer, internal light twin glass door display and is supplied with 2 perforated baking trays and a crumb tray.
