Join acclaimed chef and food writer Ursula Ferrigno for an immersive hands on cookery class celebrating the vibrant flavours of Italy’s Amalfi Coast. This hands-on class, inspired by recipes from her book Cucina di Amalfi, offers participants the opportunity to explore the rich gastronomic traditions of Southern Italy.
What You’ll Learn:
Under Ursula’s guidance, you’ll prepare a selection of authentic dishes that showcase the heritage dishes using ingredients from the Amalfi Coast. From pasta making to baking the best Italian dessert, creating your lunch that you will down at enjoy together, as a class with a glass of chilled Italian white wine at the end of the session.

About Ursula Ferrigno:
Ursula Ferrigno is renowned for her deep-rooted passion for Italian cuisine. Trained at the Auguste Escoffier School of the Culinary Arts, she has taught at leading cookery schools in both the UK and Italy. Ursula has also served as a consultant chef to Caffè Nero and has made numerous appearances on BBC TV. Her latest book, Cucina di Amalfi, delves into the culinary delights of the Amalfi Coast, offering readers a taste of Southern Italy’s most magical coastline.
