Ergonomic Portafilter

• Steady Brew
  Rancilio’s Steady Brew (SB) technology is an advanced version of the classic thermosiphon system, incorporating innovative elements to enhance the capabilities of single-boiler espresso machines. With its ability to maintain consistent water temperature during extraction, Steady Brew ensures reliable and precise results, even during peak hours and periods of low usage.
• T-Switch
  The 4-position T-Switch allows for setting different extraction temperatures for each group on single boiler coffee machines. By adjusting the boiler to 1.0 bar, each group can have a specific temperature of approximately 88°C, 90°C, 93°C, or 97°C, ensuring the perfect extraction temperature for every type of coffee. Only specialised technicians can adjust the T-Switch during installation.

STEAM SOLUTIONS

The inclusion of the iSteam automatic steam wand, C-lever steam valve, and cool touch steam wands makes milk heating and frothing easy, even for inexperienced baristas.

• iSteam
  The iSteam automatically froths milk with two programmable buttons for either “Cappuccino” or “Latte” functions. This feature is made possible by Rancilio’s patented technology.
• C-Lever
  Operate the C-lever steam valve by simply rotating the knob 25°. When turned upwards, the valve stays open, while turning it downwards will cause it to open and automatically close upon release.
• Cool Touch Steam Wands

• Hot Water Economiser
