Highly powerful and versatile, the Merrychef Eikon E3 high-speed single-phase oven (13A) is the ideal choice when you need to prepare hot and fresh food on demand.
Whether it’s toasted sandwiches, croissants, burritos or pizza, this oven ensures consistent cooking with a great crispy finish every time. It’s able to cook up to 6 times faster than a conventional oven. This means faster turnaround time, lesser queuing times for customers and running costs are therefore lower too.
This Merrychef Eikon E3 oven is easy to operate and maintain, thanks to the intuitive easyTouch® touchscreen control feature. It also helps to reduce time spent in training kitchen staff on how to use it.
For further versatility and convenience, this model features innovative filtration which removes the need for overhead extraction. It also has a generous 34.4Ltr cavity with a small footprint and is simple to clean.
This single phase oven provides 230V of power making it ideal for smaller kitchens. Please note that this unit will need hardwiring. Three phase versions of the E3 are available, please select from the drop down.
