The Lincat L3 Fume Filtration Unit, is designed for smaller commercial settings, where it is not suitable for extraction.
This system cleans the air expels it at top rear of the canopy back into the kitchen. This canopy has easy access for cleaning and filter maintenance.
Please note – not suitable for use with gas appliances.
