Botivo Non-Alcoholic Aperitif, 500ml
Botivo is a non-alcoholic aperitif with a bittersweet flavour – and a growing cult following. Mix it with soda and garnish with an orange wedge for a refreshing spritz. It’s also great with tonic and ginger beer.
Botivo is a combination of five botanicals and aged apple cider vinegar. It’s smooth and complex with herbal notes from thyme and rosemary. Sweet wildflower honey balances the bitterness of wormwood and gentian. Orange zest gives the aperitif a bright, citrusy finish.
This alcohol-free aperitif is made in small batches at Lannock Farm in Hertfordshire. Each batch takes over a year from start to finish. The bottle is hand-dipped in yellow wax, adding a splash of colour to your bar cart.
Botivo is double strength with a cordial-like intensity. Mix one part (25ml) of aperitif with seven parts (175ml) soda water. You can also pair it with grapefruit soda or elderflower tonic.
Made with raw ingredients, Botivo is low calorie and good for your gut. It’s a great option for non-drinkers and designated drivers. You can use it to make non-alcoholic cocktails, like a Nogroni with 0% gin.
