Mizkan Gomashabu Sesame Dressing, 250ml
Mizkan gomashabu is the classic sesame dipping sauce for Japanese hot pot or shabu shabu. Just offer a small bowl of the sesame dipping sauce to each diner alongside their portion of fresh meat and vegetables. Once the meat is cooked in the central hot pot, lift and dip in the sesame dressing.
We love using this rich dressing to toss through crunchy lettuce leaves – or even rehydrated seaweed salad mix – for a Japanese-style salad.
