Chapel Down Grand Reserve
Chapel Down has been monumental in helping English wine gain its stellar reputation. Their vineyards are ideally positioned in the south-east, where the chalk soils and balmy climate are suited to making stunning traditional method wines. A portion of the blend for the Grand Reserve is from reserve stocks which have been stored in both barrel and tank to add extra complexity and depth.
